Thank You for a Wonderful Blueberry Season!
As another blueberry season comes to a close, we just want to say thank you.
Up North Blueberry Farm is now closed for the 2026 season. From the first berries of July to our final U-pick, we are incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped at the farm, visited us at market, placed a pre-order, picked berries, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply came back year after year.
As a small, family-run farm, your support truly matters to us. We love growing blueberries, but even more than that, we love seeing the familiar faces and new families who make their way to the farm each summer. Thank you for choosing to support local agriculture and our little farm Up North.
Pick for the Pantry — WOW!
Before we officially wrapped up the season, our community showed up in a BIG way for our Pick for the Otsego County Food Pantry event.
Thanks to everyone who came out to pick, just over 200 pounds of fresh blueberries were donated to the pantry! On top of that, another $51 in cash donations was given to support their work.
We are honestly in awe of our community.
People gave their time, picked berries for neighbors they may never meet, and helped us make sure some of the last fresh berries of our season went to local families who could enjoy them.
Thank you. Truly.
This is exactly the kind of thing that makes us so proud to call this community home, and we are already thinking about how we can do it again.
Still need blueberries for the freezer?
We do have frozen blueberries available in the self-serve freezer on our front porch while supplies last. Stop by when it’s convenient and stock up for smoothies, muffins, pancakes, pies—or just a taste of summer when the snow starts flying.
And then, we rest, prune, plan, and wait for those bushes to wake up again.
Thank you for another wonderful season. Thank you for supporting our farm, supporting local agriculture, and showing up for one another.
We appreciate you more than you know and look forward to welcoming you back for blueberry season 2027!
With gratitude,
Bob & Jodi
